Since January, I have become a consultant for people's illnesses and injuries. I always tell people that I don't know much yet, and that I'm kind of uncomfortable giving advice or a hack diagnosis, but I nevertheless offer my services.

Colleen had a splinter in her big toe, and I was the de facto surgeon. I am happy to report the operation was a success.
